
Career Highlights and Musical Biography

Having spent the majority of the early part of his career behind the production of other artists, 2TONE was able to spend many years fine tuning his craft of lyricism before releasing content of his own. Production came natural for 2TONE. Since a kid 2TONE had been listening to and admiring all kinds of different musical genres specifically rap and r&b. The lyrical content spoke so close to home, and became so relatable to 2TONE that he took a speacial interest to it. Listening to many different genre's of music like Rap, R&b, Soul, and Alternative gave 2TONE a diverse knowledge of song creation, which aided him in his early production years. After writing his own songs and recording them on his own time for so many years, Sitting back behind the keys was not enough for 2TONE, so he began working on developing his own compositions from there.
22 year-old California based rapper 2TONE is causing national attention with T.V appearances (Hard Life) and major music releases (Product Of Addiction/High Life) along side artists like Drake, Young Jeezy, Three 6 Mafia, Bun B, Fat Joe and More.
About 2TONE

Already with many career highlights so early on, 2TONE is still determined to prove himself a major contender in the hip-hop hall of fame, and prove that Christian artists can be capable of recahing the same mainstrem numbers held by Secular artists.

After further developing his skills, and reaching a point where 2TONE felt confident enough in his craft to begin reaching out, 2TONE submitted a demo to Media Peeps a local record label famously known for there artist developement skills. After recording for 8 months and going through Media Peeps artist development 2TONE began learning more then just making music, but also the music business side of things as well. Using his newly learned knowledge in internet based marketing 2TONE began pushing his singles and creating his own graphics and internet based adds to create some attention. Shortly after he was contacted by DJ 12 Guage, and later featured in the "Product of Addiction Vol. 2 Mixtape" alongside artists like Lil Wayne, Drake, Young Jeezy, Fat Joe, Bun B, and more. This began to create some National Attention as 2TONE's internet based fan base started to grow.
Not Long after this release 2TONE was informed that he had been nominated for The Central Valley Hip Hop Awards "Artist of the year." in 2010-2011.
​2011 continued to be productive for 2TONE. He went on to release another mixtape presented and hosted by Three 6 Mafia titled "Taste of Reality", along side another california based artist. After that release Three 6 Mafia's DJ Black went on to call 2TONE "A West Coast Legend in the making." Months later after the release 2TONE was informed that he had been nominated for another award this time out of his own region, L.A Music Awards "Song of The Year".

​2TONE slowly but surely making headway in the industry has since been featured in T.V. shows and other major musical releases in 2012. 2TONE was featured in Episode 2 and 3 of "Hard Life" Directed by Reign Shaw, Where 2TONE later recieved many positive press agknowledgements for his performance. On set 2TONE was able to work with many industry giants like Choreographer Hi-hat Ruffin (Missy Elliot, Mary J. Blige, Jay-z) Malcom Jamal Warner (The Cosby Show, Jericho), Nathan Butler (X-men, General Hospitol), and many more.

2TONE now setting his sights back towards his music, is setting up to release a new ground breaking album titled "The Resistance" which will be the first original solo release from 2TONE ever. With his expectations high, 2TONE is anticipating this to be his first real step towards His own personal successes.
